ELECTION RESULTS:

 

2010 Election Nominating Committee:

Thank you very much to our nominating committee for all of their efforts in securing candidates for the 2010 election. Good volunteers are very valuable and so appreciated.

 

The committee was required to provide a minimum of two candidates for each board position to be filled. Kathi McKinney's term expired this year so there was one position to fill. According to our bylaws, she was permitted to run again and accepted the nomination. The committee secured Tonya Wilson as the second nominee.

 

Thank you to Tonya for her willingness to serve the llama community as an ILR director. Thank you to Kathi for her years of service in the past and for her willingness to seek another term as a board member.

After the ballots were tabulated, KATHI McKINNEY received the most votes and will continue on as an ILR Board Member.

Welcome back, Kathi!

ILR BOD FACE-to-FACE Meeting:

On another note, the ILR Board of Directors will be having a face-to-face meeting at the ILR office next week, July 14-16. If you have any ideas you would like the board to discuss, please forward them to [email protected]. Thanks for your input!
