TIME to RUN REMINDER

for the ILR-SD COMMITTEE

of your choice or to nominate someone to run!

 

 

There is still time to run for ILR-SD committee positions.

Would you like to run for an ILR-Show Division (ILR-SD) Committee
or know of someone you would like to nominate to run?

·    On January 1, 2011, ONE POSITION for each of EIGHT COMMITTEES will be available by way of election for 5-year terms.

·    COMMITTEES still open for nominations:
 4  FINANCE
 4  HALTER
 4  JUDGES
 4  PERFORMANCE

·   ELECTION PARAMETERS and PROCEDURES
 ü    A person is allowed to serve on only ONE committee at a time.
 ü    A person can only run for ONE committee per election.
 ü    A person can VOLUNTEER or be NOMINATED to run.
 ü    Volunteers and Nominees must be ILR-SD MEMBERS.
 ü    If nominated by someone else, the person will be contacted to confirm that they will run.
 ü    CURRENTcommittee MEMBERS whose terms are expiring CAN RUN AGAIN for 2011.
 ü    Send NAME, RANCH/FARM NAME, ADDRESS, E-MAIL address and the selected COMMITTEE to:  [email protected]
