The ILR is a non-profit organization, which means we do not set our prices to secure a profit but rather to be able to provide quality services for our members. We are pleased we are able to provide quality services for a quality price. Our registration and transfer fees have not increased since July 1, 2004! Meanwhile our costs have increased considerably so the time has come to make a few changes to better balance out our income with our expenses.

 

The new fee structure will be in effect on March 1, 2011. This will give you some time to catch up with your registrations/transfers under the current fee structure. All mail postmarked before the March 1 date will be processed at the current rates.
