GOVERNING BOARD e-mail vote

On March 16, 2014 Tami Lash, on behalf of the Judges Committee, submitted via e-mail the following for  consideration by the ILR-SD Governing Board:

Sean Hart has met all of the Apprentice requirements to be certified as an ILR-SD Halter Judge.

The Judge's Committee has unanimously approved of Sean Hart's Halter Judge request.

Please respond in approval ASAP, and if you do not approve, please state why.

The motion was approved by the required majority of members.
