INTRODUCING

The ILR
Camelid Companion Certification Program (CCC)

at the GATHERING!

The specifics of the CCC Program will be INTRODUCED at the GATHERING - including how to become a Certifier and how to get your Lamas Certified.

Certifications will be taking place at the Gathering!
Specifics will be available at the ILR table.

Camelid Companion Certification General Info:

The ILR is pleased to present a new performance opportunity: "Camelid Companion Certification.”  "CCC" is a level of achievement certification program consisting of levels and "tracks" that camelids earn by demonstrating mastery of  tasks associated with each "track." Certification trials can be offered in addition to traditional classes at shows; at packing or driving gatherings, or as stand-alone events in public or on member ranches. Achievements earned can be recorded through the ILR (International Llama Registry) UAP (Universal Awards Program) for lifetime achievement awards and possibly viewed on animals ILR pages.

Camelid Companion Certification Goals:

a)    To provide a forum for increased participation (especially for beginners) where people are not competing against other llamas or exhibitors, but against the standards for performance only.

b)    To provide a program for the llama community of trainers and performers and people who want to participate in a program that measures achievement.

c)    To provide a forum where improvement can be measured, rewarded, and recorded.

d)     To provide consistency in tasks, judging and the measure of awards.

e)     To provide a format that can expand to meet the needs of people and llamas at all levels of training and relationship.

f)      To improve the measure of value for llamas.

Be one of the first to get your llamas Certified in the CCC -
Get Certified at the Gathering!

Alone we struggle; TOGETHER we thrive!!!
