for the ILR-SD COMMITTEE
of your choice or to nominate someone to run!

Would you like to run for an ILR-Show Division (ILR-SD) Committee
or know someone you would like to nominate to run?

DEADLINE: November 17, 2013
to volunteer or nominate members for the ILR-SD committees.

volunteering your time and sharing your efforts in your show division!
WELL DONE!

· On January 1, 2014, ONE POSITION for each of SIX COMMITTEES will be available by way of election for 5-year terms. The Election will take place in December 2013.

· COMMITTEES to RUN for:
- FLEECE
- HALTER
- JUDGES
- PERFORMANCE
- GUIDELINES
- YOUTH

·   ELECTION PARAMETERS and PROCEDURES
- A person is allowed to serve on only ONE committee at a time.
- A person can only run for ONE committee per election.
- A person can VOLUNTEER or be NOMINATED to run.
- Volunteers and Nominees must be ILR-SD MEMBERS.
- If nominated by someone else, the person will be contacted to confirm that they will run.
- CURRENT committee members whose terms are expiring must sit out one year before running again,
     unless they were appointed to complete someone's term, then they are permitted to run.
- Send NAME, RANCH/FARM NAME, ADDRESS, E-MAIL address and the selected COMMITTEE to:

·   PROPOSED ELECTION TIMELINE
-    Nominations: by self or someone else, received until November 17, 2013
-    Electronic ballots sent out: early December 2013
-    Ballots counted: mid-December 2013
-    New committee members announced: January 2014
-    New Committee Members begin terms: January 1, 2014
