TEAM THEME!!
In order to simplify things, the theme for this year’s Gathering is a Team theme. Everyone has a favorite
team and we all have flags, posters, pom poms, hats, t-shirts and all kinds of stuff. Bring them to the
Gathering and decorate your stall! A special award will be given to the best stall decorations!
SPONSORS
We still need Sponsors for the various activities. We are giving premiums for Grand and Reserve Champions
this year as well as having a Pizza Party for the kids and an awards dinner, and the Scholarship Sweepstakes
for youth 19-25. Your contribution will help assure the Gathering is the best show of the year!
SILENT AUCTION. YOUTH AUCTION AND DOOR PRIZE DRAWING
We have some outstanding donations for the Silent Auction as well as the door prize drawing, but can always
use more! Create a regional or team themed basket and bring it to help the cause. The ILR will be giving the
person who has the highest bid on their donation $50.00 in Gathering dollars to be used at any of the
vendors on site.
NEW CLASSES AND AWARDS
Thanks to the creativity of our GREAT Superintendent and the ILR BOD, new awards and classes have been added
this year. Terry will be sending out a complete detail of the new awards and classes shortly.
